One would imagine that being the progeny of a rock legend has certain advantages (it’s only fair considering the high probablity that members of this elite group are burned by an ‘unusual’ name).
For photographer Scarlet Page, daughter of Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy, she’s utilised her dad’s contact book to shoot her latest portrait series, Resonators.
The guitar legends she chose as her subjects include Sir Paul McCartney, Slash, Noel Gallagher, Brian May and Paul Weller. A pretty impressive list don’t you think?
The exhibition of epic portraits has been made in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust and will be free to view at on our walls from 9 July until 6 August.
To coincide with the opening night, we will screen the rockumentary Celebration Day followed by a Q&A with director Dick Carruthers.
